Clif McKenzie has been the head Coach of the Arizona Elite for over twenty years. In addition to this position, he has been the Head Track Coach at Scottsdale Community College, an Assistant Track Coach at Arizona State University, and the Head Track Coach at NLM ULM High School in Germany. His passion for coaching, combined with his commitment to working with each athlete to develop the individual skills necessary to compete at the highest level, has made him one of the most respected youth track coaches in the state of Arizona.
Additonally, Coach McKenzie is a level I and II certified coach by the USATF. He currently serves as the President of the Arizona Association of USA Track and Field. He was selected as a member of the 2008 IAAF World Junior Team staff that competed in Bydgoszcz, Poland. He also served as Head Coach for the USA World Youth Championship Team that competed in Ostrava, Czech Republic in 2007 and assistant coach for Team USA in Marrakech, Morocco in 2005. Coach McKenzie also serves as an executive director for the Scottsdale Unified School District.
An accomplished elite track athlete himself, Coach McKenzie was an All American in track at Arizona State University. While at ASU, he was a member of the 1977 record setting 4X400 relay team and is a member of the ASU Hall of Fame. Coach McKenzie participated on four USA Track teams, and has also been inducted into the University of Pennsylvania (Penn Relays) Wall of Fame.

Cassandra has over twenty years combined experience coaching track and field at both the club and high school levels. She has worked as one of the two co-head Track and Field coaches at Desert Vista High School since 2008. The two years before head coaching at DV she was an assistant coach. From 2004-2007 she was the Boys & Girls Head Track Coach at Tempe High School. She has been on a number of USA Track and Field teams: Event Manager 2014 NACAC U-23 Championships that competed in Kamloops BC, Canada, the Head Manager for the 2011 USA Track and Field World Youth Team that competed in Lisle, France, and in 2009 was an assistant coach for the 2009 USA Track and Field World Youth Team that competed in Bressanone, Italy.
Since coaching at the high school level, Cassandra has been a certified AIA Cross Country and Track & Field official at the state level. She is also a USA Track & Field master level certified official. Cassandra is and has been the AZ USATF Youth Chair for the past 8 years, AZ USATF Youth Official Representative for the past 3 years, and serves on both the Board of Arizona Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association. Coach Cline-McKenzie is one of the Arizona State Representative for the National High School Federation of Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches, and has attended the National High School Federation Track and Field and Cross Country annual meetings for over a decade. Cassandra currently functions as Secretary for the USATF National Youth Coaches Association, in addition to being a Level II USATF Certified Coach.

Jeremy majored in interdisciplinary studies, with concentrations in business & communications and graduated with a bachelors degree from Arizona State University in 2009. Born May 28, 1988, in Tempe and graduated from Tempe High School in 2005
High School: Two-time Top 4 finisher at the state 4A championships in triple jump, state runner-up as a senior. Placed fourth as a junior and 11th as a sophomore and earned all-state honors in triple jump. Lettered three times in track and field and twice in football and was a two-time captain for both squads.
